Customer service is awful. They forgot to add a couple of ingredients to my pizza which was for pick up. When I called them from home they told me to come back and they would add them on. They should have delivered a new pizza or at least offered to make me a new pizza. They've messed up before too. They also say your order will be ready in 15-20 minutes and you end up waiting an extra 20. Not happy at all.

My wife and I were excited about having another Italian restaurant in town. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and she the vegetarian pizza. We split a Sicilian salad.
The salad literally had what must have been a whole large orange dumped on it, completely drowning out any other flavours.
The "signature" sauce on the spaghetti was okay, nothing special, the spaghetti itself was okay, however the meatballs were ridiculous. They had the most rubbery texture I have ever experienced, and were not even hot.
The vegetarian pizza was bland, next to no flavour, completely lacking any seasoning. The garlic butter "dipping sauce" is not a sauce at all, just a 1/4 lb of the same garlic butter that they give you for the bread.
Now I didn't expect downtown Toronto quality, but really, it could be so much better.

We have gone to Franos several times - just my husband and myself and as a group of 10 - 15 people and it has always been incredible. The atmosphere is always amazing. It has an "at home" feeling with all the comfort and warmth you can imagine. Frank and Maria are amazing, down to earth people who constantly try to make sure that everyone is looked after and happy with their selection. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone and am sure that no one would be dissappointed.
I wish them all the success in the world....they deserve it.
Order: arancini, fried calamari, mussels "Frano" style, spaghetti alio & olio with rapini, linguini pescatore, ribs "Frano" style, various pizza's (all amazing), mamma and papa doughs, open cannoli, tiramisu, etc. all wonderful

What a cordial atmosphere in which to enjoy an Italian meal consisting of generous portions!!
Frank and Maria provide excellent service and make every customer feel as if they are guests in their home. The food is authentically Italian and delicious. EVERYTHING tasted great.....there is not one place in Toronto that serves mussels as they do (very fresh and juicy). Eating here is a treat.....the price for the quality here is A STEAL. Casual atmosphere. Italian music playing in the background. Images of Italian of the wall.....A characteristic piece of Italy in Stouffville, thanks to the Franos!

We went to Frano's for dinner with our two children as well as on a Saturday night with friends and both times were amazing!!! Food was tasty, portions were perfect! This is a must try restaurant! We loved it! Maria and Frank Frano are incredible people! Thank-You for bringing great food for us to enjoy!!

We've eaten at Frano's several times in recent months. We have always found Frank's home style Italian cuisine to be quite tasty. We have also enjoyed the warm hospitality served up by Maria and her staff. It's nice to know that we have a quaint Italian eatery in town that we can frequent and call our spot.

We thought the food was very good and worth the price. The pizza was very tasty as was the spagetti in oil & garlic. Clean, bright, small but adequete menu. Very friendly service - definitely not fancy - perfect for a small town family restaurant.
